How We Review and Research
EspressoBuyer helps readers understand home espresso machines, grinders and the costs around them. We aim to make the differences between equipment clear enough to support a confident decision.
What each guide is based on
We use manufacturer specifications and manuals, current product listings, and other clearly attributed sources. We separate confirmed specifications from our interpretation. We date price examples because prices and availability change.
Hands-on testing
A product is only described as hands-on tested when we have actually used it and can explain what we tested. Research-only guides say so. We do not invent test results, scores or ownership experience.
How we compare options
We consider the buyer’s drink preferences, budget, space, daily effort, grinder requirements, maintenance and support. A product that suits one household may be a poor fit for another. We explain the trade-offs and update substantive errors when we find them.
Corrections and updates
If you spot an error or an outdated product detail, write to contact@espressobuyer.com. We will check it against the original source and correct the page where needed. Material updates should carry a fresh date.
